800 Number no longer working

I called the 800 (800-828-0228) number today as I always do and it says it is no longer available and directs you to the regular 407 number.


Does anyone know if there is another 800 number to reach Disney?

There is an 877 number that works it is posted on another post on here.

The basic gist, Disney has done away with their toll free numbers as of last week. Probably not a bad cost cutting measure on their part since most all cell phones and even land line calling plans now have unlimited long distance.

The 877 number mentioned is up, but, I'm told, only briefly. It, too, will be cut soon.

Since it's been ALMOST TWO MONTHS since a ticket price increase, it appears that cutting the toll free service might be the last desperate meaure for Disney to avoid bankruptcy.
