Thank you so much Ian!!!

I'm sooooo excited! I'm having a mild depression knowing that last year we spent Halloween at WDW going to MNSSHP.

Being able to order tickets for P&P makes me :joy:

BTW, the women I spoke to through magical gatherings told me 33.95 for adults and 29.95 for kids if ordered before 12/15. I have to make sure my SIL and her DH want to go before I order the tickets.

I got an AP email yesterday that announced it. I purchased my tickets a little while ago for Jan. 21. For 2 adults the price was $75.32 (tax, shipping, and processing). This will be my first P&P party. It sounds like fun.

Is there Wishes on these nights? What time does the park close for P&P Parties then?

On P&P nights, the park closes to day Guests at 7pm. You have to have a seperate ticket and wristband to stay in the park, and we are extremely efficient at getting people out who don't have one. It takes roughly an hour to clear all day Guests and if they try stay later, they will be escorted out by a CM. There are no Wishes, but there will be a fireworks show called "Music, Magic and Mayhem" as well as a parade called "Disney's Enchanted Dreams Parade" that is only for party Guests. If you aren't going to the parties, you can watch the fireworks from the CR 4th floor Balcony.

I am so happy. But I have a question? There is actually 3 partys when I am there and I would like to know which one would be less crowded. The ones on Sat. or The one on tues.

Fireworks - 9:30
Parade - 8:15, 10:30

The fireworks are amazing, and I think they are better than Hallowishes. A lot better.

I have never been to WDW and I am going in January for the first time and they are having one of the Pirate and Princess parties while I am there. Is it worth going to if you do not have children and can you dress up if you are an adult and if so do most people dress up?

I was wondering if they still let you in early at 4-4:30 like they do with their other events?

Went to the very 1st P&P party in Jan. of '07. The fireworks alone are worth the price of admission! I was at WDW for a conference so the wife and kids weren't with me, but they will be this year. Glad they put the party back on the calendar as we'll all be going in Feb of '08!

Does anyone have any "inside" information on if the Princess and Pirate parties will be going on during April 1st & 4th? That's when we're going and I really am hoping that the dates of the parties will be extended to include these days as well. At one time there was talk of April parties on the discussion board, but now all has gone silent with the posting of the dates for Jan, Feb, and March. Can anyone share an update on April?

I have no information about April but the Mods here on Intercot said there were. I've already expressed my views on that and I got flammed for it so I'll say nothing here.

For the other questions... yes you can get at 4:00. And yes you can, and are encouraged to dress up. I dressed up and I'll most likely be dressing up again this year as a princess (since I was a pirate last year). The people who dress up are about half and half, but I think it enhances the experience. I am 23, and I went by myself the first time and had a blast. The second time, I went with my best friend and we had gotten over 40 lbs of candy.

Can anyone share an update on April? We get our calendars directly from Disney and there are party dates for both April & May. It's my understanding those dates are not available for ticket purchase yet.

I am so excited, after reading reviews and such I decided to book tickets for the Pirates and Princess Party for January 21st. It works so well as it is my second last night of my trip so it will be a fun way to end the vacation.

My gosh, 5 months of parties is a bit ridiculous....

And if what I heard about Halloween starting in late August -early September....it will be non-stop.

Looks like it's time to go audition for Entertainment. :D
