Photopass?

I had read in another post about pre-ordering your photopass CD and it being much cheaper. I went to the photopass site and I don't see that anywhere. Was that just a limited time offer? The only thing I see now is 25% of 5x7's and cards. Anyone?? Thanks for your help!!
