Hi. I just wanted to relay to all of you what a wonderful experience I just had with Calvin from the itinerary planning office. We are celebrating the payoff of a huge business loan so decided to splurge and stay at the GF Concierge level in April 2008. With our 180 mark approaching I contacted the itinerary plannning office. Calvin sent me the itinerary planning form and had me fill it out. Our first 180 day mark was this past Friday 10/26. This was a new experience for me to leave my ADRs in someone else's hand. Nevertheless, Friday passed. The very next day, I received an email from Calvin. He made ALL of my ADRs, with confirmation numbers, including lunch at the castle, the Pirarte Adventure for my daughter , as well as her Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment. All BEFORE the official 180 day mark. SO obviously these guys have some in with the system. I want to thank Calvin for setting me up. I couldn't believe my eyes.
