My wife finished making this costume for our oldest yesterday, and I just had to share.

And, her mother made the cutest little Tinkerbell costume for our youngest - though I don't have a picture of her in it yet.

That is so cute. Is it just for regular trick or treating or are you going to the MNSSHP? If so, when are you going.

We are all dressing up this year. Well, all but maybe DH. When we went several years ago, just the kids dressed up and I wished that I had. So this year I am dressing up and can't wait.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get to MNSSHP. We really wanted to go, and make the F&W expo, but we're already going for the marathon weekend in 08, so we had to pass.

I should have pictures of both tomorrow night, since we can take them to my wife's workplace for their trick-or-treat night.

I also have a fan -- and I am a HORRIBLE seamstress -- but I managed a robe for DS3 in 6 short weeks!

Here's a picture of the boys with Minnie (http://www.flickr.com/photos/10566431@N04/1583267465/in/set-72157602440251312/)at MNSSHP last Friday. The hat was always askew! :smickey:

How cute! and funny too, as my DM is making DS8 Sorcer Mickey costume right now! And I thought we were original!

DS was disappointed that he would not have Mickey's face. He asked me to call Disney and ask them if we could just buy one from them :)

My wife owns a costume shop where she rents and sells costumes and I have to say that your Sorcerer Mickey is as nice as any we can buy!

I also have to laugh at the comment from the poster about hats always being askew!! We have mothers who will spend literally hours in my wife’s store picking out just the EXACT right costume for their dear little one. Then two minutes after junior has it on they will have spilled something on it, have something askew, or want to take it off!! It just mortifies some mothers that their child does such things after they have spent so much time making junior look good. When they tell me their horror stories I always remind them that kids are kids and things like that is just part of the parenting experience!!

I took this one of our little Tinkerbell the other night. Both she and her brother had a blast trick-or-treating at my wife's work.
