On Reservation Points

We are DVC members with our home resort BCV. We are staying at the Contemporary the first 3 nights we arrive on reservation points, we have booked the Magic Kingdom Tower room but we want to request our room higher than the 9th floor. Who would we call to request that the Contemporary or DVC?

If you are staying on points, make your request through DVC Member Services. Have them note any requests on your reservations.
Then when you are checking in, just double check to make sure they know of your request.
