My family and I are going to Walt Disney World on November 15th. The Spaceship Earth Rehab is supposed to end on the 13th. I thought that it probably will be open when we go on the 15th, but I wanted to make sure. If it is open, do you think that it will experience any technical difficulties? How long do you think the line will be?

I know I sound dumb asking all of these questions, but I really can't wait to see the newer version. If you have any other comments about the SE Rehab, please mention them... it may help me out later! ;)

TIA for all of your help!

If it will be open by then, expect medium sized lines. The locals will be out mostly to ride the new ride and the time period isn't so crowded. It also helps that Spaceship Earth is an omnimover so it handles crowds really well.

are they really changing some things around, or are they just fixing up the current ride?

They're changing a lot, from what I hear.

Hopefully it'll be open.

Plus, it helps that the there is no real queue like Space Mountain, it;'s a line like the TTA where you just hop right on... that helps.

Rats! I'm there from November 3-10, so I won't get to ride it. Guess I'll have to plan another trip! :mickey:

You may get lucky and get a soft opening so just keep your :mickey: and eyes open.

How soft an opening do people think is possible? Will be in WDW 11/3-11/11. I have always loved this ride. I was disappointed they were doing the rehab, but I would like to see what they have done. I have always found it to be a fun and relaxing ride. Going with my DW, 15 month old son, sister and parents who I know would really enjoy it. They have not be to WDW in ~18 years.
