Poem for Halloween Ghost game???

Does anyone know the cute little poem that goes along with the ghost for the secret ghost game. I can't remember what it's called. Kids put together a little treat bag and secretly deliver it to friends after dark with a ghost and a cute poem. I know I saved it last year, but I cannot find it now that I need it. My DD is ready to make some treat bags but we have no poem. Thanks to all who help!

Here you go Beth:

The Phantom Ghost has come to town,
To leave you some goodies, I see you have found.
If you do not wish a curse to fall,
Continue this greeting, this Phantom's call.

First, post this Phantom where it can be seen,
And leave it there until Halloween.
This will scare other Phantoms who may visit.
Be sure to participate, you don't want to miss it!

Second, make two treats & two copies of this Ghost with a grin
Deliver them to two neighbors where this Phantom hasn't been
Don't let them see you, be sneaky, no doubt …
And make sure they put their Phantom Ghost out!

Next, you have only one day to act, so be quick!
Leave it at doors where the Phantom hasn't hit.
Deliver at dark when there isn't much light...
Ring the doorbell and run, and stay out of sight!!

And last, but not least, come join in the season.
Don't worry, be happy, you need no good reason.
This is all in good fun and we are just trying to say...

1. MAKE THREE COPIES OF THIS LETTER AND A COPY OF THE PHANTOM PUMPKIN FOR EACH.

2. POST THE PHANTOM PUMPKIN ON YOUR DOOR UNTIL HALLOWEEN. THIS WILL WARD OFF THE PHANTOM PUMPKIN FROM RETURNING TO HAUNT YOU AND YOURS.

3. THEN TAKE YOUR LETTER, PHANTOM, AND TREAT, AND DELIVER THEM TO THREE HOMES THAT DO NOT HAVE A PHANTOM PUMPKIN POSTER.

‘TIS BETTER GIVING THAN RECEIVING
WE ALL KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE
SO SHOW YOUR LOVE TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS……..

Thanks for the replies. Those are both great poems. The one that we had last year was shorter. I can't really ask friends & neighbors because then they'd figure out it was us, and DD really wants to be the first one and surprise everyone! I think I'll be different and use one of the replies...that will really stump everyone. Thanks...and let the haunting begin!

here is the one i have seen:
the phantom haunts you happily from now thru halloween.
and was delivered by a frient who (hopefully)
was not seen.
the spirit of the office has come to wish you well.
someone, somewhere, selected you to receive this happy spell.
you must display the phantom on your door/cubicle so all can spy. that you're already haunted by this happy little guy.
then fix 3 sacks with goodies like the one given to you.
and leave a bag and make them happy too.
