Spirit Airlines

I am leaving for Disney 2 months from today!:mickey:

We were looking into driving but then thought maybe flying was a better option. The best price for three of us - DW and DS 2 - is Spirit airlines.
I know that they aren't a big airline but what about flights and customer service and all that good jazz. What is everyone's opinions about them?

we used spirit in sept for our trip and had a wonderful flight both ways.... the staff was amazing and the flights went smooth.... they do charge you a per checked bag fee so check your bags online and get it for cheaper then at the gate

We've flown with Spirit three times now, and we've always had good experiences and been on time or early. We haven't flown with them since they've added the checked bag fees, so you'll want to make sure you factor that in to your purchase decision.

I've traveled on Spirit from Fort Lauderdale to Atlantic City on several occasions and had great experiences.

We fly spirit air all the time. We have never had a problem with them. It is a great airline.

Good experience with Spirit here too. Have flown them several times from Detroit to MCO.

Thanks for the info. It seems like they are our best deal.
I checked their site about the baggage charge. It seems like each of us are entitled to 1 checked bag and 1 carry on bag. Does that seem right?
