I've been doing DME since we started it way back when in 2005 but the time has come to move on.
I will be leaving DME and switching to Charter Board. I'm still with Mears, I'll still be around, it might just be harder to find me ;)
DBF will hopefully be on Charter Board with me so it won't be too bad :D
It's been awhile since I went anywhere except Disney and the airport. You think I'll get lost? :eek:

I am sure you will do just fine! Anytime you make a major change in a job it is always a bit stressful at first but keeping your wits about you and keeping a good sense of humor goes a long way to ease the transition.

I will be doing anything and everything, working all kinds of crazy hours but I'll be making better money (built in gratuities) instead of relying on cash tips. It has it's good side, but it has it's downside. Every day is different and I won't know until the day before what I'm actually doing. Being #9 in senority and #5 on charter board should help though ;)
