Concierge collection for 2008? Regency in NYC? [Archive]

I am thinking about using some points to stay at the Lowe's Regency Hotel in New York City next summer. I think it's not the best use of my points, but we don't have a WDW trip scheduled until 2009 and it would be better than paying out of pocket! I have 2 questions related to this: Has anyone ever stayed at the Regency and what was your experience, and when will the point charts come out for 2008 for these kinds of locations? I logged onto the DVC member site but can only find 2007 points. I know I could call member services and probably will, but everyone here also seems very knowledgeable so thought I would ask.

I know one of the NYC locations were dropped by disney but I don't remember which one it was. Sorry! Maybe someone else will have the answer or just call MS.
