I know the party starts officially at 7, but is it still possible to enter the park after 4 pm?

Yes, you can enter with your MVMCP ticket beginning at 4 pm.

WOOHOO I can not wait to experience my first MVMCP!! I will be there on the 11/12 and plan on being there by 4 p.m. if not sooner!! Have fun on your trip!!
