Yak and Yeti hours?

Since animal kingdom always closes at 5pm will that be the lateest you can have dinner there? And will the menu be the same all day if they are only for like 7 hours? Just wondering if anyone has heard anything.

AK doesn't always close at 5:00 - it's often open until 6:00, 7:00 or 8:00 depending on the time of year and special events & holidays.

I think the menu will be the same all day because I was told by a CM that it was going to be CS not TS. I was surprised - I said are you sure? And she said they had just been told that (this was last week).

1) The eatery will have both CS and TS.
2) Like most park restaurants, it will basically be park hours.
3) They don't let people into the parks well aftyer closing.
4) But, you can usually finish your meal a little past closing.
5) No characters, so no early breakfasts.
6) It is still unannounced if the Landry's eatery

The CMs from Disney Dining are telling people that they are not taking ADRs and they're pushing the opening date to January 2008.
