Disney Transportation for early dining times

What time does Disney transportation start picking up at the resorts. We have a ADR for 8:00AM at Tusker House. The park opens at 9 am. I may have to change the time because I thought transportation starts picking up from 1 hr.

There are early morning buses specifically for character meal breakfasts. When we have 8:00 reservations, we're down at the bus stop no later than 7:10 am.
