Question about 2 Bedroom

I am in te process of signing the paperwork for 160 points at AKL. I am still learning all there is to know about DVC. Most trips will be me and my husband with our two boys. We plan on usually getting a 1 bedroom. My question is if I wanted to book a 1 bedroom using my points would I be able to request the attached studio and book it for my mother and have her pay cash. If this is possible are there only certain placed that have 1 bedrooms with attached studios? Also any idea how much it would cost her? Thanks for all your help!:confused:

I believe the rooms run about $300+ if you're not using points. But it varies depending on which resort. You might be better off using the few extra points if she decides to come.

Or giving her the pull out bed in the living room and letting the boys sleep on the floor either in your room or in the living room.
