My 19 year old daughter loves Gelato and was wondering if anyplace in Epcot serves Gelato. I told her I did not think so, in all the times we have gone I'm sure we would have gotten some. Thought I would check with you all.

I don't know about the restaurant at Italy, but there is a cart outside on the left side as you look at the pavillion (its almost always there), that serves gelato and it is very good. They also have a lemon ice that is the best I've ever had.

The cart is one of my Must Do's, for the Pistachio Gelati...my way of eating my greens! Also, gelati is on the menu for Tutto Italia.

Thanks so very much for the information. Not sure how we have missed that cart  We'll have to make up for past trips! :tasty:

The Beach Club Marketplace in the Beach Club (just a short walk from the International Gateway Entrance to Epcot) also offers Gelato.

OMG I love gelato--if anyone lives near Princeton NJ, you have to go to the Bent Spoon

Anyway, has anyone had both (the boardwalk's and italy's)? If so, which would you recommend??

I got some from that cart in Italy & they had three or four flavors to choose from. It wasn't bad.

The gelato in the Italy pavilion looks good in the cart, but I've never tried any.

:tasty:

I had my first taste of gelato at DW...from the cart. Chocolate  Infact, my favorite picture from our trip is me eating it on a street in "Italy".

Thank goodness Wal-mart sells Blue Bunny's gelato now. I can get it all year round! But it isn't the same if you aren't surrounded by Italian landmarks....in Florida.
