PAP prices are close to being double what they were when I first purchased one 12 years ago. Of course, there was only one park and one hotel then.

Supply & demand. ;)

I miss the days that were $20.00 in the late
80's & early 90's in the off season.

I agree ... going to Disneyland is not a given right ... it's a company that is out to make a profit, so you have to be willing to pay to play.

Yikes! While I agree that supply and demand drives prices, I think pretty soon, they will have to justify their price increases with an increase in attractions! It's just getting more and more expensive, and it's happening too often. I don't think they need to keep upping the AP prices in $20 increments as fast as they are doing...the Premium AP is starting to seem like a complete rip off, considering the Deluxe doesn't have many blackout days at all.

In general, I think the one day ticket prices are a bit too high, but at least their multi day tickets are still reasonable.

Ouch is right. We just renewed ours today. Thankfully the website is still honoring the pre-Sept 21 price but the worst part is we get to feel the bite of the new price when we get our son's pass. He turned 3 this year so no more freebies for us. I really wish they had a kids price on the AP though.

I guess it beats the new regular admission prices. I agree that the one day ticket prices have gotten obscene. The multi-day ticket is definitely the way to go.

.

Tell me about it. I had to buy my 3 year old's pass in July. I guess it's worth it, since we go so often, but still...OUCH is right. I don't know why they don't have kids prices either...it's not like my 3 year old can ride all the rides yet!
