What's good and what's healthy here?

I have eaten at the Plaza twice and both times got the reuben and french fries, which I thought were both excellent. NOT healthy though, LOL!:blush:

Vegetarian Sandwich (hummus, cucumber, red pepper, tomato, and lettuce)
Chicken Strawberry Salad

Was delicious and certainly healthier then my favorite entree there....the burger :blush:

The grilled chicken sandwich comes with shaved ham and swiss cheese, which hamper the dish's nutritional value.

Though I've never tried either, the chicken strawberry salad and vegetarian sandwich both look healthy and delicious.
