Al Weiss, president, worldwide operations for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, presented the award in front of the Uptown Jewelers in the Magic Kingdom. Cockerell, along with his family, served as Grand Marshal for the afternoon’ s Disney Dreams Come-True Parade.
