New Tusker House Character Meal

We're headed to WDW in February and I've got all my ADRs, except for the one for the new Tusker House Character Breakfast. I've called WDW Dining and they report that, although the restaurant opens for business in November, they are not yet taking reservations. Has anyone heard when they might open up reservations? Any info appreciated!

I have been phoning for weeks now trying to get ADRs for Jan. 2008. As of yesterday I was told after the delay at the Japanese place in Epcot and the mess that caused that it will be later in Oct. or maybe even up until the first of Nov. that they will release the ADRs for Donald's new breakfast.
BUT.....this is Disney and any info a CM may give you today could and has changed by tomorrow.
I will continue to be phoning back on a very regular basis.

Has anone heard if this is going to be only a breakfest character meal only or will there be characters for lunch and dinner too?
