My sister is joining my DW and I on our trip and just wanted to know if the French Quarter has a gym on property (I can't remember if it does).

No, the only moderate with a gym is Coronado Springs. POFQ is great for running along the river though. (or so DH says - I'm allergic to exercise)

Don't remember any gyms or such.....I don't do exercise very well......used to, long, long time ago...however they have very nice walking / running paths that go around the water.....
