Searching for a Goofy Costume

My son (9) and I are going down for Intercot's 10th Anniversary Party and will be attending MNSSHP. My son LOVES Goofy and wants to be Goofy for Halloween. I have looked everywhere online, including Ebay, and I can't find a Goofy costume in his size. They have Goofy costumes for adults, toddlers, and dogs, but not for kids.

Does anyone have any good ideas about where to find one? Keep in mind that I don't know how to sew (except hand sewing.)

Sounds like he has his heart set on being Goofy. I'd suggest he take another look at that. Evenings in Disney in October can be quite warm. I certainly wouldn't want to be dressed is something furry.

What size are you looking for? I found a few on ebay.

He's nine years old and is starting to fit into some size 10s. I've thought of getting an adult's small and trying to rig it up so that he can wear it. I don't know how well it would work and I can't see spending $80 just to find out.
