Just tagging along for this thread. Would like to know the response to this myself. :)

Never heard of a family plan but the price for the sea racers are 25 bucks for a half hour.

I called the Marina at the Beach Club yesterday and it is not avaiable.

The Family Plan was actually a length of stay plan. For around $ 200 you and your party had unlimited use of the water mice/ sea racers and pontoon boats durning your stay. It was available at the Poly and might still be.
