Valentine's Day 2008 dinner?

I'm working on our ADRs for February big trip to the World. Booked a bunch of ADRs yesterday since I reached the 180 day window but I'm stumped by what to do for Valentine's Day. We have Cindy's for breakfast that morning- TOO FUN!- and I'm thinking for dinner either Le Cellier, California Grill or Artist's Point. We aren't looking for anything fancy schmancy, just something special and romantic since we happen to be in the parks for Valentine's Day. Any ideas?

I think Artist Pointe is very romantic!! I've never been to California Grill but I hear the same about it, plus if you time it right you will have the fireworks. I image that is a hard ressie to get!

Hmm...there are several other places. I would try Le Cellier since it's so difficult to get ADRs for them now. I would also try Artist Point or The Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck's.
