Can I renew my AP at the ticket counter at Epcot, or do I have to go to the TTC??

You can renew the pass at any of the parks. We typically renew it beforehand and then pick it up at the park, usually at the Epcot international gateway entrance, but you can do it in person as well.

You can do it at TTC (I'm pretty sure you can't at the main entrance of MK), Epcot (main and International Gateway entrances), MGM, AK, and two locations at DTD. We've used Epcot's main entrance to purchase and the Marketplace Guest Relations at DTD to renew.
