When is WoL open?

The last time it was open was Xmas 2006. It will probably never be open again, at least not as the WoL that we all remember.

1) 1999 - Open -- Daily
2) 2006 - Open -- Seasonally Only
3) 2007 - Closed -- RIP

NOTE: It has been converted into a special-events area for corporate and rented events. It is no longer a "ride". The names and logos are coming down

Although the pavillion is still listed on disneyworld.com, it's unlikely that Wonders of Life will reopen. Last week, the pavillion's exterior signage and double-helix DNA tower were removed. I was there when it was last opened, which was December 2006, and it was virtually empty. This was partially due to the fact that it wasn't listed on the park maps. It's about time that the pavillion closed, as it wasn't aging very well gracefully. Nevertheless, Cranium Command will be missed.

Another large empty building is exactly what Epcot needs! Now Wonders of Life and the Odyssey Restaurant can host special events simultaneously!

Not to say Body Wars and Cranium Command were especially exciting, but they did add something to Future World.

Hey, anything that got more people on that side of Future World and away from the line-up at Soarin' could only have been a good thing. Now, with my second fave SE being down I shudder at the thought of the Soarin' queue.

Any rumors of what would be going into the building that housed WoL?

I am so sad about this. If only they could of come up with a really great attraction to put here. I loved WOL but was not a big fan of Body Wars. There were so many other fun little things to see there. I think a nice family style dark ride would have been great. Now it will go the way of the Odessy.:(
