What is the projected closure or change-to- buffet date for Tusker House? Has it already started the transition?

Are there any othere restaurants like the old Tusker house opening in Animal Kingdom?

Isn't the Kusafiri Bakery located inside the Tusker House building in Harambe? I have not heard anything about this being affected or not. Does anyone have information on this?
