Heard some bad reviews of the Stovall

Just and FYI - I was in line for Nemo and struck up a conversation with the family in front of us. She mentioned that they were staying at the Stovall and thought that it was horribly dirty and they had an ant problem in the room that no one from the hotel took care, after reporting it upon check-in.

The Best Western Park Place Inn is a good value and closer to the parks than the Disney Hotels.

Have never stayed at Stovalls, but this is good to know!

I used to work at BW HQ in Phoenix. I worked in Customer Relations. We had many complaint on them. Unfortunately when the hotel only buys the BW name, the company doesn't have much control over the individual hotels.
