The following restaurants I have booked:

Nine Dragons in China in EPCOT
Hollywood and Vine with Fantasmic seating
Akershus Storybook breakkie
Grand Floridian Cafe Mary Poppins breakfast
Chefs De Frances in EPCOT
Tony's Town Sq.
Liberty Tree Tavern
Shutters at Caribbean Beach (Im staying there)
Le Cellier

Rants or raves for my choices?

Ive only eaten at llt and It was great. We did the dinner.

I have only eaten at Tony's Town Square, we thought it was very good. You will enjoy it.

We did the Akershaus Storybook breakfast last year and loved it, way better than CRT in our opinion! That was DD's request for dining this trip!
We also loved Liberty Tree Tavern, the atmosphere was nice, characters were really fun and the food was great!
The others we haven't tried, but we do have ADR for 1900 Park Fare/GF Cafe breakfast and I have read reviews that it is very good!
