New DDP details?

Where are you guys finding these new details like no appetizers and tax not included??? The threads about these things are killing me. I can't find them. I do tend to overlook the very obvious...my mom used to tell me all the time that "if it had been a snake it would have bit you" when I couldn't find something. Could you please point me in the right direction so I can read what they've done to the plan? Thanks!!!
