We are coming down in Sept. 9/8-9/16, and wanted to know the availability of getting egg whites only/egg beaters/ substitutes etc. for breakfast when scrambled eggs are served. When you get counter service meals, can you get them done with egg beaters? Do the restaraunts offer them? We are on the Dining Plan, but I have been eating egg beaters nearly every morning, and cannot have the potatoes, bread, etc that usually comes with the platters, nor all of the cholesterol from the yolks. I would like to be able to continue to do that. Another alternative would be the availability to purchase hard boiled eggs and just eat the egg whites. Thanks in advance for any guidance!
