Expanding room in HM not working

Has anyone else expierienced haunted mansion when the expanding room wasnt working. This happened to me and a first time riding cousin at MNSSHP. they let our group stay in the room again and it was working, but it was very bizzare. my cousin was very confused cause the voice was talking about it expanding but it never happened.i really hope that doesnt happen again. EVER!!!!!!

Sorry that happened to you - that is really weird. I guess like all things mechanical a snag can happen once in a while. I am sure it's something that will be checked out during the refurb/rehab.
