50's Prime Time closing for rehab in late January!!!!

This isn't right! :blush: Hee, Hee...

I'm taking my Mother to WDW for the first time in January 2008. I just called to make ADRs... and I'm happy & sad. Yes, I got the prized early breakfast at Cindy's... I wanted my Mom to see an empty main st. & eat inside the castle. But, then I was told that 50's Prime Time will be closed for our entire stay! The dates I was given were: January 20th to February 22nd! Boo Hoo! Yes, I realize this happens... but I've told my Mom so much about this place. My family just loves it there! Well, I'm leaving some space in our meal plan... maybe, just maybe they'll push back the dates until after the 27th... it's happen to me before! :fingers:

It seems like every year they take Prime Time down during that time frame for refurb.

Bummer!!! I was going to take my DW there for her birthday on the 29th of Jan!!! I guess her next choice will be LTT.
