MK - Extra Hours and Eve. Parade in off season

We are planning to go in Jan. The last time we were there in Jan. also. I think I remember that the eve. parade and fireworks weren't offered every night. Does anyone know which nights it is offered? The extra hours option is on Sun. & the scheduled hours are until 11pm. Does that mean MK will be open until 2am for on site guests? Does the parade and fireworks happen at the same time each night, or do they change depending on closing time? Thanks for the info.

Normally, I think, in the off season, they still offer the fireworks, but not always the night parades, like Spectromagic. Also, in the off season, they wouldn't have two showings of some shows/parades like spectromagic and fantasmic, just one showing.
However, if the park is scheduled to be open till 11p on a night you're there, it's probably a bit busier time of year, and you won't run into that.
