I'll be at WDW the first week in September. ADR's are in place, however, thinking of switching out Tony's for Spoodles. What do you think my chances are this close to going?

Thanks for the input:mickey:

Try for it! There is no comparision b/t the two. Spoodles' food is excellent, whereas Tony's is mediocre. It's only the cost of a phone call (and not even that if you use your cell phone's free night/weekend minutes!)

good luck, and bon appetit!

I agree - Spoodles has much better food, plus it has the added benefit of being on the Boardwalk!

I think probably 90 people out of 100 will tell you to go to Spoodles over Tony's. I love Tony's - and talk about location and atmosphere - hard to beat. BUT if you are talking FOOD, go to Spoodles. Have eaten there breakfast, lunch, and dinner. CANNOT go wrong. Delicious - the bread is just fabulous. Service is great. Wonderful restaurant.

Definitely Spoodles. If for no other reason than the sangria!

Spoodles is a great restaurant -the only thing I remember as a possible negative is that the menu was slightly limited(my opinion)for people who are picky eaters. Check their menu out before you go. Everything we had was excellent as was the service.

Got our reservations changed from Tony's to Spoodles. We even got the time we wanted.

Thanks everyone for your input.

P.S. Canceled Tonys :mickey:

Depending on what you want for your dinner experience, i would swap from Tony's to Spoodles, though my recommendation would be to skip both of them and go to California Grill, Kona (for a less expensive meal), Bluezoo, Jiko, Boma, or artist point. We had a few disappointing experiences at Spoodles unfortunately, because i really want to like it there.
