Earlier this month we had to change our DVC week to the last week in July and therefore had to upgrade to Preferred View at Boardwalk. I asked at the time of booking if we could get boardwalk view since it is the same amount of points and they had none available. Do you think it is worth calling again to try to get boardwalk view? If we are paying for preferred I would rahter have boardwalk view than pool view. Would you call the hotel directly or still through member services? This is our first DVC stay. Thanks fyi we are checking in July 29.:confused:

Boardwalk has three booking categories - standard view, preferred and preferred Boardwalk. Preferred boardwalk is guaranteed. Your best bet is to work with MS.
