Recipe for Banana Foster?

I really would like a recipe if anyone has one for
"BANANA FOSTER"
I haven't had it before, but plan to on our next trip. My mom loves it and wants me to find a good recipe.
I would look in my Disney cook book, BUT I am out of town for the rest of the week. So where else do you go but... INTERCOT!!!
