I just made a reservation for Ohana's on a Saturday for 4:15 but according to Intercot they only have breakfast and dinner and dinner starts at 4:15.

Do they do an earlier dinner because its a Saturday?

I am a little confused.

I'm a little confused as to why you are confused. If dinner starts at 4:15, and your ADR is for 4:15, why the confusion?
