I've just recently learned about TRAILS END BUFFET. In the past, I thought it was a CS ....kinda like the SSR Artist Pallette or the CS at the AKL.

Can anyone tell me about this restaurant...what's it like....is it covered by the dining plan....does it do B/L/D?

Thanks in advance......

One of the best kept secrets at Disney. We really enjoy it, and have several meals there during our trips:thumbsup:

its one of my favorite breakfasts on property since about 88. its good its filling and its cheap. Altho the ddp is taken there at 10 bucks per adult i would never use my CS token there. It does count as CS but i don't recall needing adrs last time i went

Trail's End used to be the best kept secret in WDW, but not any longer!!

This is quite the hot spot nowadays. You can probably still walk in at lunchtime, but not for breakfast or dinner any more. Make ADRs if you want to dine here.

It is an all-you-can-eat buffet for B, L and D. It is on the DDP, but I would recommend saving those TS credits for somewhere else. Pay for this one OOP.
Adults prices are:
B- $11.99
L- $12.99
D- $17.99
You have to add tax and tip, but it's a great deal!

The food is good old comfort food. Fried chicken, chili, salad bar, veggies, potatoes, pasta and pizza and more. Cookies and rice krispy treats for dessert, plus a fruit cobbler and bread pudding.

It's definitely at TS meal, but the food is yummy. They have the best sweet tea, very hard to find on property. And their chili is some of the best I've ever had!

Get off the boat and go straight - follow the smell and you are there. Actually it's a little to your right. Let us know how you liked it.
Have a great vaca. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thank you!!!!....This will be a nice change because my family doesn't like any TS at MK. I suppose the best is the Crystal place....but all the others.....nope.

No, not quite.
But the food is very good! I love the chili with cheese on it and cornbread.... mmmmm.....

They have ribs and chicken every night since they are part of the Hoop Dee Doo Dining. You can also get some of that yummy strawberry shortcake for an extra charge if you request it.

We have considered going there in the past, but were unsure. Now I think it will be a must do after these notes. Thanks!
