what is this building?

i've always wondered what this particular bldg may contain.if you are exiting peter pan it's off to your left.if you are exiting sw it's off to your
right.it's that swiss chateau looking bldg,i think theres a spot to rent or leave strollers in front of it.anybody know?:confused:

that building used to be where you got on and off of the skyway to tomorrowland. now i believe it's a stroller parking. lol :goofy:
