Nighttime at Disney. You can only fit one of these into your schedule, so which is it: Wishes or Fantasmic?

Y100Q83 is an Accommodations question and will appear on Friday.

I went with Wishes. The Main reason it is in the MK and that is may favorite park and it is the Wishes is the end to a Magical Day. I like Fantasmic, but it would be Wishes for me

I voted for Wishes because we don't care for Fantasmic.

Not a huge fan of Fantasmic! :malef: We haven't seen it in a while because we skipped it on our last trip. We are heading down this year with friends that haven't been in quite awhile so we'll certainly see it this year maybe it'll have a bigger impact.

Wishes on the other hand is breathtaking. There is something SO magical about the fireworks :fworks: going off all around the castle as you stand around in awe. We especially love Hallowishes! :mpumpkin: :bat:

Can't wait 61 days, 22 hours and 41 minutes!!!! :cheer:

These are both amazing shows to end the day with, but to me Wishes has just a little edge over Fantasmic. I think it's the soundtrack that does it for me. It could also be that the last few times we've seen Wishes has been during MVMCP and it just adds the perfect amount of magic to an already magical season.

147 more days!!

We enjoy Fantasmic!, but there's just something extremely magical about fireworks in the MK! Wishes gives me goosebumps!

Both are great, but for me, nothing can beat Fantasmic!

I picked Wishes because it's much easier to fit into our schedule. Fantasmic is harder since it requires getting there early for a seat. We are making time for it next trip, though.

I can go to WDW and not see Fantasmic. But, a trip to Disney just isn't a trip to Disney without Wishes.:fworks:

We love both shows, but Wishes brings tears to my eyes every time. It is so touching to watch.

Wishes!!! For my family, it's not an official Disney trip if we haven't seen Wishes!!

Love Fantasmic at DL but the WDW version doesn't stand up as well as a show. Things wouldn't seem right if we didn't see Wishes but WDW Fantasmic can be missed in a given year.

Fantasmic without a doubt!!!

With so much to do at MK, WIshes is a mere afterthought, while Fantasmic is probably the best thing going at MGM. Fantasmic is also the better show. :mickey:

I really enjoy them both. But I had to go with Wishes I always find it much more moving and I love crowding into the hub to watch it after a busy day at the MK. And I like Fantasmic at DL much more.

FANTASMIC!!!! I see so many fireworks locally all summer. By the time I get there in September, I'm fireworked out. I like fantasmic because it's different......Oh, and I love villians.

My family often skips Wishes. Sometimes, my brother and I will watch the show if we are in the Magic Kingdom for Extra Magic Hours or late touring.

Wishes is the best fireworks show I have ever seen--considerably more impressive than Fantasy in the Sky--but it is a fireworks show nevertheless.

Fantasmic! is a true nighttime spectacular unlike anything else in the world. The show's uniqueness sets it apart from even the most elaborate fireworks.

Another one where I couldn't vote. I love both shows. Fantasmic is a great show, more than just fireworks, but Wishes makes me tear up every time! We make it a point to see both shows every trip, no matter how long we're there...

I remember being amazed by Fantasmic the first time I saw it.... but when we went on our last trip I was underwhelmed. Wishes however is magical for me every time.

Wow - this was a hard one to pick. I love both of them so much that I have the cd soundtracks for both of them. Wishes :fworks:always makes me a little teary-eyed, but Fantasmic :smickey:would be my first choice. Thank goodness I always stay long enough to see them both!

Wishes. With Fantasmic you need to get there ahead of time where with Wishes you can enjoy them where ever you are when its time. I loved riding SPlash mountain during wishes - it was awesome:number1:

I prefer Wishes. I've seen Fantasmic numerous times at DLR. It's okay, and we'll make time to see the show once on our trip--but not a priority.

Wishes is a great fireworks show, but Fantasmic is an amazing show all the way around.... Fireworks, puppets, live cast members, film, lasers, fire, water, boats. I never get tired of watching it.

Wishes Wishes Wishes!!! We got married 10 minutes before wishes started. It is my favorite!! We took the wishes cruise and enjoyed our reception, so to speak, during wishes eating wedding cake and drinking chapagne.

Deffinetly wishes! I went to Fantasmic once and it wasnt bad it just wasn't worth waiting 3 hours for! With wishes u dont have to wait bc u can practically see the fireworks from anywhere in the park. Plus wishes always makes me tear up:(

WDW 3 weeks! :mickey:

If you combine Spectro and wishes together it would get my vote. But, since the question doesn't ask that, I went with Fantasmic. Fantasmic is great! I love the storyline, the fireworks, the characters. It's all around good entertainment. Wishes is a great show, but fireworks are fireworks.

I've only seen Fantasmic once and it was in the rain, so I would NEED to put Fantasmic on my must-do so I can hope to see it in good weather.

Wishes has a special meaning for me as it began 5 minutes after I proposed to my wife by cinderella's wishing well behind the castle!

Wishes hands down. I still cry everytime I watch it and hear the song. It takes me to a place where nothing is wrong with the world and you feel like anything is possible. Also, the first time I saw Wishes was the night I got engaged, so it has added meaning for me and my new hubby.

I would say definitely Wishes. Anything that happens in MK, is always more special to me.
