To be fair, we haven't eaten at Crystal Palace in years (back when it was a buffet I believe). I have no bad memory of the place at all.

But we love Chef Mickey's. We have breakfast there with the characters on the first morning of every trip. So our vote is for Chef Mickey's!!:thumbsup:

We have tried both restaurants in the past 2 years. We (adults & teenagers) preferred the food selection at the Crystal Palace. It was also neat to be able to enter the park before it opened. It allowed us a chance to get some great pictures without a bunch of people in the background. :chef:

I like Chef Mickey, but the last time we went (last December), it did not seem as good. The characters there are always great though. We have been there several times.

Crystal Palace has a great buffet and the characters are still fun. It is a little quieter too. Plus, you can walk out right into the Magic Kingdom. That's where I would choose to go.:thumbsup:

I just broke the tie - Crystal Palace without a doubt!

I've done both breakfast and dinner at Chef Mickey's and don't care for either. The food is not appealing, it's crowded and noisy, service is mediocre and the character interaction is poor.

Crystal Palace (I've done breakfast and lunch) has decent food, great service, good character interaction and is not as busy. If you like Pooh & pals, this is the place for you.

I don't really care for Chef Mickey's. We did dinner there and I didn't care for the selection.

On the other hand I love Crystal Palace and the food is wonderful. Most certainly a must do when we are in WDW!

Chef Mickeys all the way!! it is the absolute best!! nothing can compare to it in my eyes!! the dinner is also really good at Chef Mickeys!! :mickey:

I haven't been to either yet, but chose Crystal Palace b/c that's where we're going this fall. I gave up Chef Mickey's ADR to choose Kona Cafe instead! :mickey:
