Online reservation request question

I just found out about a short weekend trip we're taking in August. I made a ressie request at the DVC website - my first time to use this option. I'm a little concerned that it only allows a first and second choice. Am I better off just calling member services today to get a room? I don't care which resort we get - I just want a bed. :mickey:

I always prefer using the telephone amd contacting MS directly. Especially since I have 10 contracts (all in the same Use Year) and I need to ensure they pull the points from the right one.

Also, they don't check the web requests right away, and I don't like waiting...

:thumbsup: Wise decision would be to call direct to member services for any reservation.

We were advised, by a cast member in DVC member services that one stands a much better chance of getting the first choice for their reservation date. We did try computer booking, but kept getting locked out of our choice. Picked up the phone, called and got right in.. :number1:We have called ever since..:mickey:
