Here's a question about the past. Which did you like better: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea or Horizons?

This is the second of three questions this weekend, all posted on Friday. #72 was posted earlier in Theme Parks, #74 will be next in Vacation Planning. #75 will be on Monday, in Dining.

Have a good weekend!

Wow, I'm first!

I voted for Horizons - to me, infinitely more interesting.

I did like 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (in our house we called it The Submarine Ride) but always thought it was a little cheesy and could have been better done! Also, it didn't age well.

Definately Horizons, it was a classic EPCOT original. I was never a big fan of 20,000 Leagues. It was soooo slow to load, and there just wasn't that much to it. In my opinion it just wasn't worth the wait. The bad thing though was when that space sat unused for so long.

I voted for 20,000 Leagues because it is one of my first memories of Disney

These were both removed before I ever visited The World, but DH has very fond memories of 20,000 Leagues, so that's what I voted for. I would love to have experienced it.

160 more days!!

I remember feeling claustrophobic on 20,000 Leagues and our family still talks about how much we miss Horizons. So I had to vote for Horizons.

horizons all the way, the only reason people are fond of 20k leagues is nostalgia, all i remember is being cramed into this small, hot ride and how miserably uncomfortable it was

I would have to say 20,000 just because this was one of my husbands favorite movies and I never saw Horizons.

I would have to say 20,000 Leagues. It is a big memory from my younger days at Disney.

That is a tough question! After careful consideration, I picked 20,000 Leagues! These were two of my favorites. I would love to have the chance to ride them one more ( or a lot more) time/times!

I voted for 20,000 Leagues - not that I remember being especially fond of it.... It was an early WDW memory. Honestly, I can't really remember what Horizons was all about....

Loved Horizons! 20,000 made me claustrophobic.

Horizons. I wish they would do another futuristic ride incoporating todays science with the possibilities for tomorrow. I'm sure Disney Imagineers could come up with some wild scenerios!!!

Never seen it but I'll assume Horizons is a million times better the 2000 Leagues Under the Sea. I've heard the Nemo Submarine at DLR is horrible.

I loved them both, but Horizons was kind of a new generation of Disney combining the old WDW magic with new technology and was amazing from moment one.

I thought the 20K subs were neat as a kid, but the ride itself wasn't all that great. Horizons was pretty good, however.

I went with 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. It takes me back to my childhood days and who wouldn't mind revisiting those days again!!!
