How do i upload my own custom avatars?

Custom avatars were part of special program run by Intercot a few months ago. You got a custom avatar if you donated a certain amount. Unfortunately that is no longer an option, however Intercot has one of the best selections of avatars I've ever seen. In fact, sometimes I miss being able to change my avatar on a whim (once you get a custom one, you can't change it out or you lose it)
