Don't think any dates for next year have been announced. I suspect they will do it again next year. It has been very popular this year. So much so that they added additional dates in August.

Thanks for the info...We are going to the PPP in August. We are headed to WDW again for President's Week 2008 :cloud9: and I am wondering if we will want to do it again. Do you think the PPP was less crowded than MK on other nights during President's Week?

Yes, it was! Mainly because it is a seperate ticket event with limited numbers, but it was much less crowded. The wait times on most rides was 5-10 min, with 20 min the most seen anywhere that night. Great atmosphere and wonderful fireworks made it a great night.

hi everyone! does anyone by any chance know what time the party starts in august? do you think its gonna start at 930 because i think the park closes at 9 and i believe in january on the nights of the party the park closed at 7 and the party started at 730...if anyone knows could u please let me know? thank you so much! :mickey:have a magical night1

We are going in August too! The party starts at 7:00. I'm not sure when the park closes but I think the WDW website says it closes at 7:00. From what I heard you can get your PPP ticket checked inside the park much earlier than 7:00 and if you don't use a MYW ticket that day you can also get in earlier than 7:00 (not sure if that is true). Even though the Party offically started at 7:00 we were able to get in and get our wristband at around 4:00 without using our other tickets.

I'm considering doing this on Sept 3rd to surprise my niece. Do you think a 12 year old will enjoy this? Also are all the events that went on at the P&PP earlier in the year going on on the 3rd also?

Can anyone else confirm being able to enter much earlier than 7pm(i.e. 4pm or 5pm). I was thinking maybe they'd let you in by 6:30pm if you're lucky.

When I called WDW today, they told me the park closes at 6pm and the PPP starts at 7pm. However when I was on the phone the other day, they said the park closes at 7pm and the PPP starts at 7pm. That seems like it would be very hard to get everyone who doesn't have PPP tickets to leave early.

I know they distribute wristbands to ride the rides, but what keeps non-PPP ticket holders from hanging around the park enjoying the shows, fireworks, and parades???
