Not 3, 3, 1 anymore

Hello all. When calling to make a new DVC reservation, you used to be able to press 3, then 3, then 1 to get an agent. I know they've changed it now. So, I'm hoping there's someone out there that is as impatient as I am and has the new "pattern" memorized.

The menu seems much easier...and quicker! Seems like it was "1", then "1", and for some reason I think that is all?? I actually did write it down, LOL - but forgot where I put it. I KNOW I'm not the only one that has called recently....so....anyone else??

I called this evening, five pm, to add on my ME now that I have my flights purchased. I remember pushing 1 and then 1 again to get to MS. That's it.

Not sure about all of it but these are the final options:
Option 1 - Member Services
Option 2 - Member Administration
Option 3 - Member Accounting

Well, 1, 1, 1 it is. We originally wanted to know so our "team" could get an agent on the line right away this morning to book AKV concierge. However, the computers at DVC Member Svs have been down all day. They're saying at least 2pm now.

MS just told me that they are down for the day and will resume tomorrow with regular hours and extra people. :fingers:
