I don't know if I'm remembering the same video but could it be "David Putty" from Seinfeld. His real name is Patrick Warburton, I think.

His name is Wallce Langham...I think he got his start on Veronica's Closet (with Kirstie Alley) but can now be seen on CSI....

I believe Langham's character in Dinosaur! is named Grant Seeker. Get it! :D
