Philar Magic or Muppets?

I like mickey's Philar magic, but i have to go with Muppets, dunno why, but i guess i just like it better! :mickey3:

I definitely prefer Mickey's Philharmagic over Muppets 3D. Muppets is my absolute least favorite of all the 3/4D shows- it even ranks below Honey I Shrunk the Audience for me.

I really struggled with this one. I love them both. I had to go with the Muppets. They are just so funny! I have always loved the Muppet movies and grew up watching the Muppet Show.

That being said, I love Mickey's Philharmagic too. I also grew up watching Mickey cartoons and the Mickey Mouse Club. I had a hard time voting against Mickey and MK, but the show is mostly Donald Duck and I think the muppets take it on the humor.:mickey:

Both are really cute shows, I just like Mickey's Philharmagic a little better. For one thing, Donald's one of my favorite characters. And you get to see a lot of the other characters from movies that you don't see to much in attractions. Plus it's funny!

On a side note: There's a great example of Disney Imagineers "plussing" an attraction exhibited here. At the end of Mickey's Philharmagic, Donald gets tossed out of the scene. You can hear him land somewhere off screen. When you exit, look around the gift shop because you can see where he lands. It's just another example of why Disney Imagineers are just a little bit better than other park designers.

Mickey's Philharmagic is the best because of the technology they use. I love it the most. But Muppets has a special place in my heart because it was the first. It paved the way for all the other 3D shows at Disney. And... I just love the Muppets.

I have to say I enjoyed both of them with Philharmagic edging out a little bit ahead, My son who was three when we went was a little frightened though of that one, the muppets is a much lower key lower thrill for little ones, but still really neat. I would say I would still see both

Mickey's Philharmagic makes me so happy every time I enjoy it, I couldn't vote for anything else.

Also, I am not a big fan of Waldo, the Spirit of 3D in the Muppet*Vision 3D show. However, I do very much like the fact that they work audio animatronics and actors into the show.

I only saw Philarmagic for the first time on our last trip. it was awesome and in my opinion the best of the 3D shows. However, I grew up an avid fan of the Muppet show, I even had a Scooter doll when I was a kid,so I have a sentimental attachment to that ride.

wow this is a hard question! i ABSOLUTELY LOVE Philharmagic but there's something to be said about Muppets. I grew up watching Muppet Vision and I guess I would have to make the tough decision and choose Muppets becasue it is a classic. :kermit::gonzo::fozzie::beaker::sam::pepe::animal:

MPM is alright but it isn't a classic. While Muppets is a classic and the key under the mat is genius. has anyone looked at the key yet. i am going to do it this year.:mickey:GO MUPPETS

I love them both. Both are two completely different shows and great in their own unique way. But I chose Mickey's Philarmagic because Donald Duck is my favorite character and he doesn't get any respect.

Mickey's PhilharMagic is my second-favorite attraction in the Magic Kingdom behind only Splash Mountain.

MuppetVision 3D is one of the best attractions at the Disney-MGM Studios, but that doesn't say very much.

Every time I watch Mickey's PhilharMagic, the show climbs higher on my overall attraction ranking. It may be my third or fourth attraction in all of Walt Disney World.

I saw Philhar magic first and love it! I had high hopes for the Muppets but was massively let down! I can't beleive Disney keeps that junk in the park! Sorry to anyone who likes it, it's just my opinion that it stinks.

As much as I LOVE the Muppets, I have to give my vote to Mickey's. The theater (and especially the screen and film technology) of the Muppets is really showing wear and tear and age. It needs updating. Hopefully they will update it with just a more high tech Muppet 3-D attraction at some point and not replace it with something else!

The effects at Mickey's are out of this world!

Having said that the Muppetvision pre-show absolutely ROCKS! It is just too cute and funny! Gotta love Rizzo!

Muppets! The greatest show at WDW. I never cared for the Philhar Magic as much. It's a Great heat buster, but the Muppets carry out their purpose of entertainment.
