DVCMember.com PIN Question

How long does it take Disney to mail you your PIN # for DVCMember.com?

We got all our paperwork back close to a month ago and they promised they'd mail us PINs separately, but they've never arrived.

Does it normally take this long or do I need to call?

It usually takes about 4 weeks, but you can call them and ask them for a temporary pin # until yours arrives so you can access the website.

We got ours pretty quickly. I thinkit was about 2-3 weeks after closing. Both DH & my pin numbers came the same day, nothing more though than a post card with our numbers on it. I would give them a call if you didn't get it pretty quickly.

Next door neighbors joined DVC about a year ago. They were able to call MS and get temporary pins pretty quickly...

I just bought through resale and got an email saying my PIN # would be mailed. I waited a week and then called MS - they quickly gave me a pin #. About three weeks later we got the cards in the mail, so I would call and ask. Anyway, I was disappointed with the member site. There's not much there IMO.
